Individual Psychotherapy

In individual therapy, my goal is to help you feel more comfortable in your own skin and less caught up in overthinking every emotion, thought, or action. My therapeutic approach is eclectic, combining insight-building with practical strategies to support meaningful change and healthier coping in your daily life.

I usually start by meeting with clients weekly to establish consistency and momentum. As you notice progress, we can reduce the frequency of sessions and adjust to what works best for you

EMDR

Maybe you’ve spent years in therapy and gained valuable insight into your patterns yet still feel stuck in them.

EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) is an evidence-based approach that can be especially helpful in these situations. This approach helps you process past traumatic or difficult experiences that continue to affect you on a deeper level. EMDR engages both the mind and body, allowing you to release what’s been held inside and move forward with greater ease.

Many people find EMDR helpful for healing from trauma, reducing anxiety or panic, shifting negative self-beliefs, or moving past experiences that still feel “stuck.”

EMDR can be intensive, so it's often used alongside talk therapy—one session weekly for EMDR and one for other concerns. I'm open to seeing my clients twice a week or strictly providing EMDR services for those working with another therapist.

Chronic Pain Therapy

Has a doctor ever chalked your chronic symptoms up to stress or anxiety, while a therapist re-directed you back to your doctor for medical help? It can feel confusing and invalidating when your symptoms don’t fit neatly into one category.

In reality, chronic pain often results from a complex interaction between the brain, nervous system, and emotions. Stress and physical symptoms can reinforce each other.

I use evidence-based approaches including Pain Reprocessing Therapy (PRT) and Emotional Awareness and Expression Therapy (EAET). PRT helps retrain the brain to interpret pain signals from a place of safety, while EAET supports processing emotions that may be contributing to physical symptoms. Together, these approaches can address emotional factors causing pain and support long-term relief.

Clinical Supervision

Being a new clinician can feel intimidating! As therapists, we hold space for people in some of their most challenging moments which is both a massive privilege and a big responsibility! I provide supervision for pre-licensed clinicians (LMSWs, MHCs), offering guidance, support, and practical feedback to help you refine your skills and navigate the challenges of clinical practice with greater confidence.

Group Therapy

Sometimes the heaviest burden is feeling alone. Group therapy can provide validation in your experiences, and give you the chance to learn from others while sharing what has helped you. Keep an eye out for future group offerings!
